"Being in an environment where I have been on the receiving end of multiple different techniques and nationality of coaches over 25 years, I am continuously reflecting on what worked and what didn't and trying to implement that into how I coach myself. As well as learning through BASI the fundamental elements of how to ski, working with my mentor Neil Burns, London County Mentoring, on how best to bring out others performance and hosting environments that enable optimum personal development, I aim to be a sponge and absorb a huge variety of techniques and learning skills to help better represent CDC Performance and its values."
"Having had a mixture of doing my own skis, working with technicians, and also working with DataWax I have developed a complete understanding about ski tuning and waxing. I’ve had major disappointments in my career of missing out on the Olympics by the narrowest of margins and through injury. Because of this I have spent a lot of time researching psychology as well as working with some top sports psychologists discovering a huge amount about how to get the best out of people. I believe I can bring these skills to help young athletes ski better and faster and also develop them as human beings- ready to take on the world!"
