A great camp building out skills indoors in a consistent environment with plenty of activities before challenging and building on the skills on the glacier on the incredible Saas Fee glacier.

Indoors in Belgium we will get a huge volume of training with a slalom focus and we surround the indoor sessions with fun fitness and activities as well as video analysis and ski prep. In Saas Fee we will move more to GS and try to build on the varied terrain the glacier offers. Summer afternoons in Saas Fee are full of sports, games and fitness activities.

One of our most popular camps. This is an excellent camp for all levels to start preparing for Winter 2023/24 prioritising fundamentals in free skiing, creating a little black book of personal drills to get athletes ready for racing, strategy and tactics in gates & equipment testing where possible. Afternoons full of a variety of fitness activities including games, co-ordination & balance, high ropes and much much more! We will end the camp with some mock up races to show individual improvements.

Camp Itinerary

We will be driving a van out from the UK leaving Cobham services on morning of the 17th July to arrive in Peer mid afternoon, ready to ski 18th July. This will have 5 seats for athletes - £100 per seat - first 5 to book.

We plan two blocks of three days training in Peer:

Block 1- skiing 18th, 19th, 20th - two sessions per day, 21st dry land activity.

Block 2 - skiing 22nd, 23rd, 24th.

On the 24th we will be leaving after skiing to drive to Saas Fee (or to airport for those leaving).

Arriving in Saas Fee on the 25th, we will then ski as much as possible from 26th to the 6th before flying home.

We highly recommend the full camp - adding the glacier to the indoor should make for some big improvements but also be really good fun with the variety!

There will be a development programme in place to capitalise on the 20 day camp so ideally all athletes start Day 1. This is a chance to make big positive changes in everyone’s skiing for next winter.

If this doesn’t suit and you would like to make your own arrangements to come or leave at different times please let us know as far in advance as possible.

Our world class coaches can demo, deliver and inspire. They are top quality and passionate skiers who love what they do and are focused on making sure our kids have the best time and get the biggest gains possible from the camps!

We realise the value of nutrition especially up on the glacier so instead of a packed lunch we have a cooked meal in the restaurant.

We provide World Class Coaching where every coach is highly vetted in terms of communication skills, their talent and their passion. Our coaches can ski. They will be able to demo all the skills asked of the athletes, both in and out of gates. For our younger racers we use the power of visual learning and imitation by having them follow our ex racing coaches, including World Cup racers Chemmy and Dougie, down through the gates to demonstrate both tactical and technical needs.

We adopt positive coaching strategies at all times providing constant feedback to racers in an encouraging and clear manner.

Not only will your athlete return as a better, faster skier, but our aim is to improve their self belief and confidence in every way, both on and off the mountain.

Our small ratio of coach to athlete (no more than 7 racers to every trainer) means that every athlete has the chance to work on their individual skills in a highly attentive environment.
